D.R.C. Wigsplitter
This one isn’t for the casually curious. D.R.C. Wigsplitter is nearly equal parts red jalapeños and fresh ghost peppers — a straight-up, no-nonsense hot sauce made for true heat chasers.
The name comes from the folks who helped grow it: inmates from the Mansfield D.R.C., working the fields through a nonprofit farm program. They took pride in the peppers they harvested and were genuinely excited to hear what we created from their work — and yes, they loved the name.
The flavor is bright, sharp, and unapologetically hot. Nothing extra, nothing to soften the edges — just pure pepper fire.
