This one started as a drizzle—sweet heat over the top of Bobby Jo’s famous pies. A 50/50 blend of Black Cap’s fermented Fresno pepper hot sauce and Akron Honey’s small-batch wildflower honey, it was just meant to tie a pizza together.
But then we kept hearing…
“Can I buy this?”
“Can you bring me a bottle?”
“Can I put this on everything?”
So... yeah. Now you can. This is Ohio flavor—blended by hand and served by the slice. Exclusively available at our online store and Bobby Jo’s Pizza.
Ingredients: Akron Honey, Black Cap Hot Sauce (water, red fresno chilis, sea salt, chia seeds, garlic, ginger, lime zest).
