This one started as a drizzle—sweet heat over the top of Bobby Jo’s famous pepperoni pizza. It’s a perfectly balanced blend of our original fermented hot sauce and Akron Honey’s small-batch wildflower honey, and it was just meant to tie a pizza together.
But then people starting asking…
“Can I buy this?”
“Can you bring me a bottle?”
And it took on a life of it’s own. A nod to Ohio flavor — blended by hand and served by the slice.
